Greek Fire (Inner Strength)



Standing alone, in the vast empty space.
The void inside your stomach, makes it a hopeless case.

When the time is dark.
Your fate does bark.
Do you feel you can go on?

Opposition's at bay,
your friends don't stay.
You need to go on n' on..


Sitting down, in the black room.
Your mind making you, feel so gloom.

When you are feeling blue.
The facts aren't true.
Do you feel you can go on?

Adversaries' close,
The good time goes.
You must go on n' on.


Lying down, on the real cold floor.
Their isn't any light, coming through the door.

When the houses burn
and heads don't turn (to help).
Do you feel you can go on?

Just wipe the tears.
Go face the fears
And step by step, go on n' on.


You must, personify the undying flame..

Sitting by the bay, Pondering under the moonlight. Thoughts drifting away, In the darkness of night.. The sand glittering like gold, Sapphirey river besides. The hand I wanted to hold, Was Missing by my side. And so I sat thinking, Why does it have to be so hard? Why does it have to be so complicated? Why does it have to be so complicated... Without the touch of her hands, The one that keeps me warm. It felt so cold, cold as sand, My feelings in a storm. Walking towards the water, Regretting what I did.. Was it worth the bother, The secrets that we hid. And so I walked thinking, Why does it have to be so hard? Why does it have to be so complicated? Why does it have to be so complicated...
